Frequently Asked Questions

We do take up a offering every service you can give if you want to but don’t feel obligated. None of our staff take a salary so all donations go straight into paying church bills and outreaches that you can learn more about here.

If you prefer online giving you can do that here.

VWC’s heart is to reach out to people with a helping hand and loving heart. We host and participate in community events. We have a Blessing Box located in our front parking lot. Read more about our outreaches here.

At this time we do not have a activate youth ministry, we hope this changes in the future but we hope your teen feels comfortable sitting in the church service with your family!

Yes. We have a wonderful growing Children’s Ministry. On Sunday Mornings we offer classes for Preschool and Elementary; starting at 11AM.

There is a self-service nursery available for ages 0-3 (stocked with toys to entertain your child and a TV where fun and education videos will be playing. There is also a one way mirror that looks out into the sanctuary so that you can still watch the service) There is a private place for nursing moms. We hope within the next year to have a staffed nursery available to drop off your children.

The length is like our worship—we are there until God is through. We are a small church family and that’s truly what we are a family. We may be small but we are real people just loving on Jesus and people. Our average attendance is 20 or so.

Our worship is a mix of contemporary and traditional. We don’t limit God in how we can worship Him either: lift your hands, cry out, silently sit there and think of His goodness. There is no right or wrong way to praise the Lord.

We want everyone to feel welcomed and comfortable; whether you are wearing a three piece suit or blue-jeans. No one is judged by their outward appearance. We are all from different walks of life and we all have different tastes. Our Pastor loves his ties, but our worship team loves their jeans. A modest apparel is recommended.
